Terms & Conditions

A free prize draw (“the Draw”) will be held at Mercury, Bow on 21 September 2009. The Draw will be to win (LG 42LH2000) (“the Prize”).

The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw.

The promoter is Mercury Ltd, Units 38 & 39, Bow Triangle Business Centre, Eleanor Street, London, E3 4UR (“the Promoter”).

1. You will receive one entry for the Draw for the Prize when you correctly complete and submit the entry form on the website.

2. All entries must be received by the Promoter by 18 September 2009 in order to be entered in the Draw.

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.

4. One entrant will be selected at random on 21 September 2009 to win the Prize, and the winner will be notified in writing.

5. The prize of a (LG 42LH2000) will be delivered to the winner by the Promoter.

6. There is a limit of one entry per person

7. The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of the Promoter and their relatives.

8. There will be one Prize at the Draw. No cash alternative is offered.

9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

10. The name of the winner will be published on the Mercury website.

11. Entry to the Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw at any time without notice.
